Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, digital platforms, restricted areas, content and services provided by Angola Global Hub (AGH). By accessing the website or using any AGH service, the user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the platform and the services. AGH reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms whenever necessary to reflect legal, operational or service changes. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

AGH is an Angolan platform for business readiness, opportunity structuring, commercial connection and deal facilitation between companies, investors, buyers, partners and institutions.

AGH: entity that facilitates and structures domestic and international business. User: any natural or legal person who accesses, browses or uses AGH's platform or services. Client: a user who contracts specific AGH services. Services: business readiness, certification and compliance, training, commercial matchmaking, procurement, project structuring, investment support, events, digital platforms and other AGH services. Platform: AGH's website, applications, digital systems, restricted areas and technology tools. Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, under applicable law.

The user commits to using the platform responsibly, ethically and in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Angola and any other applicable international rules where relevant. Specifically, the user commits to: providing true, complete and up-to-date information; not using the platform for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes; not attempting to access restricted areas without authorisation; not introducing malicious content, viruses or anything that compromises the security of the platform; and respecting the intellectual property rights of AGH and third parties. AGH reserves the right to restrict, suspend or cancel access whenever there is evidence of abusive, fraudulent use or breach of these Terms.

Some services may require account creation or prior information. In such cases, the user commits to: ensuring the authenticity of the information; keeping their data up to date; protecting their access credentials; and being responsible for activities carried out through their account. The user must notify AGH immediately of any suspected misuse of their account.

AGH processes personal data in accordance with applicable Angolan law, namely Law no. 22/11 of 17 June (Personal Data Protection Law). Data may be used to: manage contact requests; deliver the services requested; carry out commercial and institutional communication; manage relationships with clients, partners and users; improve services and the digital experience; and comply with legal obligations. AGH only collects data that is adequate, necessary and relevant, and commits to: processing data confidentially; implementing reasonable security measures; not selling personal data; and not using it for purposes incompatible with those for which it was collected. AGH provides support services to companies, projects, buyers, investors and partners, including business preparation and qualification, certification and compliance support, training, connections between companies, buyers and investors, opportunity structuring and support in organising commercial operations. AGH acts as a facilitator and structurer and does not take on the role of a regulator, financial institution, insurer, legal advisor, licensed financial advisor or contracting party in transactions carried out directly between users.

AGH strives to provide accurate information and quality services, but does not guarantee the closing of deals between users, the approval of financing, the decisions of banks, investors, buyers or partners, any specific commercial or financial outcomes, nor the fulfilment of third-party obligations. Commercial decisions, investments and contracts between parties are the exclusive responsibility of the parties involved. AGH is not liable for losses resulting from third-party breaches, economic or regulatory changes, failures of suppliers, buyers or partners, or interruptions in external technology services.

Whenever AGH facilitates contacts between companies, buyers, investors or partners, any subsequent commercial relationship is established directly between the parties. AGH may support communication, structuring or monitoring without assuming direct responsibility for contracts entered into between third parties.

All AGH content (brand, logos, texts, images, design, digital systems and technical materials) is owned by AGH or used with authorisation. Reproduction, distribution, alteration or commercial use without prior written authorisation from AGH is prohibited.

Whenever there are paid services, prices are communicated in advance, terms are defined before delivery and specific contracts may apply. The use of third-party services (payments, banks, insurers, platforms) may be subject to their own terms. AGH is not liable for failures caused exclusively by third parties.

AGH may suspend or cancel access in the event of a breach of these Terms, abusive or fraudulent use, legal non-compliance, or risk to the security of the platform or third parties. The user may request account termination via AGH's official contacts.

The user agrees to receive communications about the services requested, platform updates, institutional information and relevant opportunities. Commercial communications can be stopped upon request.

AGH may update these Terms whenever necessary. The updated version will be available on the website and applies from its publication.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Angola. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the legally applicable jurisdiction in Angola will apply.
