Five phases, defined deliverables and separated roles: this is how an Angolan company moves from intention to an internationally recognised certificate.
The AGH Method is aligned with international practice for management system implementation and with the DQS audit process. Each phase has an objective, concrete deliverables and a clear definition of who does what — so the company always knows where it stands and what remains.

Diagnostic
Objective: Accurately measure the gap between the company and the standard's requirements, and set priorities.

Preparation and Implementation
Objective: Design and implement the management system, document processes and train the teams.

Export Lab consultants, with the company's process owners.
- Phase 03
Verification
Objective: Test the system before the certification audit, through internal audit and pre-audit.

Who does it
AGH · Export Lab auditors, independent from the teams that implemented the system.
- Phase 04
Certification (DQS, independent)
Objective: Obtain certification through an audit conducted by an independent certification body.

DQS, fully independently from AGH.

Continual Improvement
Objective: Maintain and evolve the system through the annual surveillance audit cycles.

Who does it
AGH · Export Lab (support) and DQS (maintenance audits).
Independence principle
AGH and the Export Lab network prepare the company. Certification is carried out by DQS, independently. Whoever prepares does not certify, and whoever certifies does not prepare — that separation is what makes the certificate credible to buyers, financiers and regulators.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the full journey take?
It depends on company size and standard, but most first-certification projects run phases 1 to 4 in six to twelve months.
Can AGH issue the certificate?
No, by design. AGH prepares; DQS certifies independently. A body that both prepared and certified the same company would lose international credibility.
Does the method apply to any standard?
Yes. The five phases apply to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22000, 37001, 50001, 22301 and the other standards covered, as well as to integrated systems.
