For most Angolan companies, ISO 9001 is the first international standard that cuts across the whole organisation. It is not a document you buy: it is a management system that must exist in practice and that an independent body comes to verify.
Before writing a single procedure, run a diagnostic. A gap analysis compares what the company already does with what the standard requires and produces a prioritised list. Without that baseline, projects tend to produce too much paperwork and too little change.
Manuals nobody reads are the most common cause of nonconformities in audits. Documentation should be written in the language of the teams who will apply it and contain only what is needed to demonstrate control.
The internal audit and the pre-audit simulate the certification audit. This is where gaps surface at no cost, instead of appearing in the certification body's report.
Preparation and certification must stay separate. Angola Global Hub and the Export Lab network prepare the company; DQS runs the certification audit independently. That separation is what gives the certificate value with buyers and financiers.
We measure the gap between your company and international requirements and return a prioritised plan.
